All Postal order are shipped on wednesdays.

We ship items via Royal Mail 24h tracked. This service states 1-3 working days for delivery from dispatch for 24h tracked. This is just a guidance from Royal Mail and isn’t guaranteed to arrive within the above time frames.

We can not be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.

Please check your email confirmation to make sure all details are correct (house number / postcode etc) this could be sent to your junk folder, if an address is incorrect we can’t be held responsible once the parcel leaves us.

If the information is wrong, this can be updated up to 48h after ordering. The service we use with Royal Mail means they won’t post them through a letterbox, if you aren’t going to be at the shipping address, you can go on the tracking email / text you get from Royal Mail and select a ‘safe place’ a ‘neighbour’ or to re arrange a delivery or collect instead.

 

Please hesitate to contact us unless:

• Its been 7 days from the dispatch date and you still haven't received your parcel (We cant physically do anything until this amount of days from dispatch)

• If it's a question regarding where your parcel is if you have the tracking from Royal Mail. (Royal Mail should automatically send you an email or text to the information you inputted on our website with a tracking link, so if this was inputted correctly you should already have the information to view where your parcel is. We can not see anything different to what you can see on the tracking already. if you have genuinely not got the tracking, please contact us via email and we will get back to you asap, please include your order number or the name on the order & Postcode)

• If an item is delayed from Royal Mail we can't be held responsible if we can't make a claim for a refund.
